Up - Charges and Fees
Up-charges and fees:
- Fleas: $30
- Matting: Mild-$30 Severe-$60
- Overtime: $40/ additional hour outside of time blocked off for scheduled grooming package.

This may be due to, dropping your pet off late, matting, fleas, unruly, anxious, or otherwise un-compliant pet that may need extra TLC to complete the grooming service.
